BoltQuestionBank
Point it at a textbook and get back a bank of study questions covering the material — the part of making a study guide that takes all evening, done in one pass.
Why it exists
Writing your own practice questions is one of the most effective ways to study and one of the least likely things anyone actually does, because turning forty pages of a textbook into a usable question set is hours of mechanical work before any studying starts.
BoltQuestionBank does the mechanical part. You get the question bank; you spend your time answering it.
What it does
- Textbook in, question bank out Give it the source material and it produces a set of study questions drawn from what's actually in the text.
- Covers the material, not just the highlights Questions are generated across the content you supply, so the bank reflects the chapter rather than the first two pages of it.
- A bank you keep The questions are yours to work through, revisit before an exam, or use as the starting point for a deck in BoltFlashcards.
- No ads and no account Same rules as every other app here — nothing to sign up for and nothing interrupting you.
About the AI processing
BoltQuestionBank generates questions using a cloud AI provider. That means the material you choose to process is sent over the internet to be turned into questions — there is no way to do this entirely on a phone today, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
What that does not mean:
- There is no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK in the app.
- There is no account, so nothing you process is tied to an identity.
- Your material is sent to generate your questions, and for nothing else.
